Promoter: This promotion is run by WBG Transportables, a division of Wayne Bishop Group Ltd (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility:

• Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.

• To be eligible, participants must purchase one of WBG Transportables’ qualifying homes (excluding The Nest model) during the promotional period.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

• Entry is automatic upon confirmed purchase of one of the first ten qualifying transportable homes during the promotion period.

• The Nest home is excluded from this promotion and does not qualify for entry.

Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a $10,000 travel voucher, to be supplied by a reputable New Zealand travel provider nominated by the Promoter.

• The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

• The travel voucher is subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, including expiry dates and booking requirements.

Draw and Notification:

• The winner will be randomly drawn once all 10 eligible homes have been sold.

• The draw will be conducted by WBG Transportables and supervised by a company representative.

• The winner will be contacted by phone and/or email using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

Promotion Period:

• The promotion begins on the 1st of July 2025 and runs until 10 qualifying homes have been sold or until the Promoter ends the promotion at its discretion.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time, provided any changes comply with relevant laws.

General:

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter may use the winner’s name and/or image for reasonable promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise advised by the winner.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury incurred as a result of claiming or using the prize.

• This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2003 and is categorised as a sales promotion scheme under New Zealand law.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected for the purposes of this promotion will be stored and used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and the Privacy Act 2020.

• Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information.
